In the Discover section, if you were about to write a message along with your Wave, or you were viewing a profile, then closed your phone or for whatever reason it refreshed, the profile you were viewing or wanting to wave at may have disappeared. Do not worry! If you did not take an action and if the person did not delete their profile, the profile will come back again in a couple of days. Hope that helps!
